Brands list their own products, set their own prices and fulfil their own orders. PROOF acts as the brand's agent to take payment and pay them out.

How do I list my products?
Once your application is approved, log in, open My portfolio and add each product: name, description, category, ABV, volume, pricing and images. We review each listing before it goes live.
How does payment work?
You sell to the buyer, and PROOF acts as your agent. Buyers pay at checkout. PROOF collects the payment, issues the tax invoice in your name, and pays you out less our 5% commission.
When do I get paid?
Paid by the 10th, dispatched by the 15th, paid on the 20th. If an order is dispatched after the 15th, it's paid in the next month's run. You'll get dashboard reminders if an order is waiting on dispatch, so a payout is never missed without warning.
What is the 5% commission on?
5% of the GST-exclusive product value only, never freight and never GST. For example, a $1,000 (ex GST) product order means a $50 commission.
How do I handle freight?
Each brand sets a flat delivery charge per order, with an optional free-delivery threshold. It's shown as its own line at checkout before you pay.
When can deliveries happen?
Under PROOF's licence, no deliveries can be made before 6am or after 11pm on any day, or at any time on Good Friday, Easter Sunday or Christmas Day, or before 1pm on Anzac Day.

Is PROOF free for bottle stores and venues?
Yes. There are no subscription or joining fees and no hidden charges. You just pay the trade price and freight set by each brand.
Who can buy on PROOF?
Only verified businesses with a current New Zealand on-licence or off-licence. Every buyer, and anyone receiving a delivery, must be 18 or over.
How does checkout work?
Add products from one or more brands to your cart. At checkout you'll see the breakdown per brand, GST and freight, confirm your age, and pay in one transaction.
When will my order arrive?
Each brand dispatches its own order, so timing varies. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days, and you'll get tracking once an order is dispatched. Deliveries only happen within the licence hours above.
What if something's wrong with my order?
Raise it within 48 hours on the order page, with photos. We'll sort it out between you and the brand.
How do I reorder?
Go to My orders, find the order and tap Reorder. Adjust quantities, then check out.
